CitrusPro FRAC PAK

FRAC (Fruit Receiving, Accounting & Contracts) PAK is designed for the juice processor. It automates the fruit receiving process by scheduling fruit loads, tracking trailers and loads on the yard, receiving loads of fruit and capturing gross & tare weights by direct entry, or by the use of up to four digital scales. FRAC PAK sends load ticket and weight information to the State test house and receives fruit quality test data back. This load, weight, and test data updates a bin management system (if used) to help manage loads through the processing plant based on variety, brix, acid, ratio, color and any other tested attribute.

Inquiry screens access ticket and test data by date range, supplier, ticket number or load ID and provide test detail with the click of a button. FRAC provides company management with information on raw fruit production and quality averages by season, production day, fruit type, variety, and contract. It allows users to scroll through multiple seasons and provides a drill down inquiry function for load detail and quality test results. Fruit Accounting manages contracts with suppliers and prepares grower payments to be sent to the Accounts Payable module of the optional CitrusPro Accounting PAK or through interfaces provided to many other accounting systems.

FRAC PAK can be used in a standalone or windows network environment and can be used in conjunction with any other applicable CitrusPro PAKs.
