CitrusPro's Grove Applications provide a way to generate tickets onsite, track tickets, monitor dispatching, follow the status of harvesting, and generate forecasts.   Working with tickets is easy with Citrus Pro.   Tickets are contract based, with a wide variety of contract types supported.   Our ticket entry and inquiry browser automatically import CitraNet tickets and can match tickets that already have been entered in the system.

Dispatching is a complete program within Grove PAK.  It provides tracking and dispatching of drivers, trailers and power units as well as generating a dispatching history.  Dispatching makes it easy to follow equipment through the season and locate it at season’s end.

Grove PAK's Caretaking application system provides the capability to generate work orders on user defined materials and services.    Labor time and costs are tracked with time sheets.  Supplies and field materials are recorded through the materials application.    Irrigation, fuel usage, and rain gauge data can also be recorded in the caretaking application system.    Combined with the overhead allocation application, Grove PAK can deliver a true Profit/Loss report by Grove/Block/Variety per Acre!

  Land Master is Grove PAK’s comprehensive land management database.  It provides the framework for contracts and grove/service-ticketing information. Land Master provides detail down to the block and variety level, and can track down to the tree level.  Because of CitrusPro's work-flow design, information is only entered once and then available to all other Grove PAK and CitrusPro applications. LandMaster also has provisions for “fly-free” and other governmental compliance data.  The Land Master screen may be used to track statistics on block and variety by season.

ProPak Software has recently formed an alliance with Crop Data Management Systems to offer growers the Ag Product Label Service which provides Worker Protection Sheets (WPS) and Material Safety Data Sheets( MSDS).  Also, Grove PAK is designed to take advantage of other systems that add value to the Grower/Harvester such as Integrate GIS, GPS systems.
